Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 8 June 2026

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through velura.eu (the "Site") operated by Maison Velüra ("Velüra", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and accept these terms.

2. Contract formation

Product presentations on the Site are non-binding invitations to treat. A binding contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation by email. The confirmation will summarise the items, total price including VAT, and shipping address.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT for shipments inside the European Union. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SOFORT and PayPal. Payment is captured at the moment the order is placed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to the consumer when the parcel is handed to the carrier in B2B sales and on delivery in B2C sales.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you may notify us by email at care@velura.eu using a clear statement. Items must be returned unworn, with the hygienic strip intact and original packaging. Final-sale items and bridal sets are excluded.

6. Warranty

Statutory EU consumer warranty rights apply (2 years from delivery). Defects must be reported promptly upon discovery.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In all other cases our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

8. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
