Returns & Right of Withdrawal
14-day right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
How to return
- Email care@velura.eu with your order number.
- You receive a pre-paid return label within 1 working day (DE / AT / IT).
- Pack items in the original dust bag with the hygienic strip intact.
- Drop the parcel at any DHL or GLS point.
- Refund is issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of arrival at our atelier.
Excluded from return
- Items with the hygienic strip removed or visible signs of wear.
- Personalised or made-to-measure bridal sets.
- Final-sale items marked "Last Pieces" or discounted more than 30%.
Exchanges
Free one-time size exchange within DE, AT and IT. We pre-pay both labels and dispatch the new size as soon as your return is in transit.
